Wisdom Path
It is a series of 38 large woods bearing the verses of the Heart Sutra. written
by master Sinologist Professor Jao Tsung-I, and is one of the most famous
prayers in the world that is respected by the 3 main religions in China, namely
Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Wisdom path is 8-10 meters in size and 1 meter wide in each wood. Located at
the top of Lantau, so sometimes Wisdom Path is often covered with mist that
looks like clouds. The Phoenix statue is a sign as the entrance to Wisdom Path.
The view of the upright Monument is certainly very beautiful, so most tourists
who come here perpetuate it by taking pictures that will give a beautiful
impression on your tour. To go to Wisdom Path, if you are from Ngong Ping Village, just walk to Ngong Ping Piazza, after that follow
the signpost. You only have to walk for about 20 minutes to get to Wisdom Path
which is on the hill of Lantau Island.
